I.C.E - In case Of Emergency Numbers.
The first thing rescue workers look for in a cellphone is ICE...this is an INCASE
OF EMERGENCY number. I make sure all my children have this in their phone,
my husband and I also have it in our phones. My husband is my ICE Number, I
am his and my kids have my husband and I as ICE 1 and ICE 2. Please, Please
be sure you all and your children have ICE numbers in the cellphones.
South West did respond to my letter which I must say surprised me. I did not
expect a response at all. They compensated me in the best way that they
could. I am satisfied with how they handled my complaint.

Kellie Woodbine is stepmother of Samantha's friends boyfriend.
That is how Samantha ended up at Kellie's house, She was there with her
friend visiting the friends boyfriend.
ACCIDENT/BAC
At the time this site was created we were still calling this an accident as we
didn't have Kellie's toxicology results yet...we no longer refer to it as an
accident....it was a crash...Kellie was 3x the legal limit....this was no accident.
